Products sold by
Monarchy Audio and Microwise are covered by our 30-day return period.
All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the
following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by
Monarchy must accompany all returns.
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date
the product was shipped out to you.
- All
sales are considered final after
30
days. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
- All products must be returned in original condition, including
packaging,
documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and
documentation,
cannot be accepted and will be returned at customer’s expense.

Modifying your
unit using
soldering iron WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
Soldering or
Modification are
considered physically
damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

All
returns will be processed and fully inspected after they
arrive in our warehouse.

All related fees (shipping & return
shipping fees) are
NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.

15%
restocking fee applies to
all refunds. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
- Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of
the packaging box.
- Return the item in its original packaging to:
