Functions:
1: converts 60 Hz to 120 Hz and up to 400 Hz.
(Higher AC frequency allows the operating , be it CD player, DAC,
line amp or even power amp, to perform at higher efficiency.)
2: converts 220V to 110V and vice versa.
3: AC input is converted into DC and then re-converted into AC
for maximum isolation and stability.
